2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Services that have been successfully delivered and used
- Disagreement with generated alt text quality (subjective assessment)
- Failure to use allocated credits before expiration
- Account termination due to violation of Terms of Service
- Change of mind after using the service beyond the trial period

Refund processing times:

- Stripe Processing: 5-10 business days for credit card refunds
- Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal: 1-3 business days (if applicable)
5. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- Pro-rated refunds for unused portion of monthly subscriptions
- Service credit in lieu of monetary refund
- Partial refunds for service disruptions or outages
6. Subscription Cancellation
Important notes about cancellation:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund current period
- You retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period
- No refund for the current billing cycle unless eligible under this policy
7. Image Pack Refunds
For one-time image pack purchases:
- Refunds available if credits are not used within 24 hours of purchase
- No partial refunds for partially used image packs
- Credits expire after 12 months from purchase date
8. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision:

- We will provide a final decision within 5 business days
- You may also dispute charges directly with your payment provider
